Ryan Mayer has recently joined Berardi and Associates, LLC as an associate attorney. His focus is on effectively meeting our clients’ legal requirements. Ryan was admitted to the Illinois Bar in November 2023, following his graduation from Chicago-Kent College of Law in May of the same year, where his studies were centered on commercial law. At our firm, Ryan’s responsibilities span a variety of legal sectors, including residential and commercial real estate, estate planning, business law, and trust and estate administration.
Ryan manages the complete process of real estate transactions, from the drafting of contracts to the final closing, and is adept at formulating estate plans to meet the specific needs of clients. He is also capable of drafting leases, negotiating contracts, and forming limited liability companies, in addition to guiding the probate process with thoroughness.
Prior to his legal career, Ryan obtained a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, providing him with a broad perspective on the interplay between law, politics, and languages, which aids in offering comprehensive legal advice.
Ryan’s connection with Berardi and Associates started with his role as a law clerk while still in law school, which led to his current position as an attorney after successfully passing the bar exam. Beyond his professional duties, Ryan contributes his broad experiences and insights to our firm. Raised in the area, he has a strong connection to the community and is committed to delivering effective legal services to our clients.
