By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Berardi and Associates, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

By providing your mobile number and opting in to our SMS program, you expressly consent to receive automated marketing and informational text messages from us, including but not limited to appointment reminders, legal updates, promotional offers, and firm announcements.
2. Frequency of Messages
Message frequency varies but will typically not exceed 10 messages per month.
3. How to Opt Out
You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon opting out, you will receive a confirmation text, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.
4. Carrier Charges
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier. We are not responsible for any charges incurred as a result of receiving our SMS messages.
5. Supported Carriers
Our SMS services are available on major U.S. carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others.
6. Privacy Policy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including the Illinois Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). We will not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes.
7. No Guarantee of Delivery
While we strive to deliver messages promptly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery due to factors outside our control (e.g., carrier issues, network outages).
8. Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to subscribe to our SMS program.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued receipt of messages constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
